Our approach is interactive and solution focused. We teach and model skills in mindfulness, stress management, neuro/cognitive processing, sensory motor processing and behavior modification.
You remain in charge of goals, as well as the pace and content of each therapy session. We help you reach your goals by opening daily experience to deeper understanding. We guide you, as you follow your natural strengths toward new solutions and increased well-being.
EMDR therapy is also available to clients who prefer a rapid method to process current or past trauma, patterns of stress, fear or phobia.
